Express Shipping (7–10 business days):
- Orders under $128 — shipping $12
- Orders of $128 or more — free shipping

Tea can be delivered only to the following regions: the United States, Canada, Italy, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Estonia, Austria, Bulgaria, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Germany, France, Finland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Romania, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Greece, and Hungary.
If your shipping address falls outside the delivery zones above, please order teaware and tea separately: teaware ships to your address normally, but restricted items (e.g., tea) must be checked out on their own, so delivery limits don't block the whole order.
